I was the recipient of kba verification and know that I answered all the questions correctly. I was denied access because it said that I answered one or more questions wrong. Where does Docusign get their information about me? How can I get ahold of someone from Docusign to correct the information so someone else doesn’t get verified as myself?! I have lost credibility in this service.
Hi Elaine, DocuSign itself does not possess this information, it is provided by a third party such as Lexis Nexis. I suggest that you confirm with your DocuSign administrator who your 3rd party is and then you can contact them. Here’s the link for Lexis Nexis. https://consumer.risk.lexisnexis.com/request#:~:text=You%20may%20order%20information%20on,to%20prove%20you%20have%20authorization.
