Hi i am trying to create templates in DocuSign for contracts but the text box to fill in the details are not flexible eg- 

sometimes job title can be longer then the space created in contract to fill in the text box nd it over laps with with the text in background  

is there any solution to it? 

currently our DocuSign is not synced with workday or any other system we just stared with e-signatures.

I apologize for the inconvenience that this might cause you, I know the importance of having the correct information displayed as needed in the envelope; I understand that you want to know more information about the text field properties and if it is possible to set it to auto wrap the information.

 

If the text field height only allows one line of text and the text field has the "fix width" parameter enabled in the field properties, the text is going to be delimited by the length of the text field, but the text will not wrap. 

You will need to set the height of the text field to allow several lines of text and have the fixed width enabled, then the text will automatically wrap to the next line.

 

The text can wrap with no problem if the text field can fit several lines according to the size of the text and the fixed width parameter should help with that.

 

The Field properties allow you to customize and control various aspects of the fields in your documents. These properties include making fields required or optional, changing the recipient, setting data validation rules, adjusting font and color, hiding the recipient's entry for security, and establishing conditional field relationships. These properties can be applied to individual fields or multiple fields simultaneously.
