Since 2007, I had a free account. I signed-up for a paid account and all my signed documents are gone. How do I get them back?!?

It’s looking like you have two active accounts for the same e-mail address. The DocuSign platform allow it!

If both accounts are in the same DS server, you’ll be able to “switch accounts”. Please check the article Switch Between Accounts for more information.

I suggest you to create a ticket with DocuSign Customer Support to confirm this information and check how they can help you with it.
