Have Business Pro.

I need more envelopes than the 100 allotted.

It seems to purchase more, it adds another seat (user).

The seat seems to require a different email.

How can I get more envelopes for my current user email?

I’m sorry to hear that you are unable to add more envelopes, I understand you need more envelopes then the allowed on the plan type.

 

You can purchase more envelopes by logging into your account and visit Settings > Plan and Billing > CHANGE PLAN and select a plan that can meet your needs, however, I would personally recommend you contact your Sales team or customer support as all plans are subject to DocuSign’s Reasonable Use Policy. I also wanted to let you know that when you want to add more envelopes it does automatically add 1 more seat. Apologies for not providing this sooner
