I have a document I need to sign but I have not received the code via phone all to access it. I have tried multiple times and even used the alternate method and still no success. How do I get access to sign this necessary document?

If you are not receiving the code in your phone, the sender may have registered your phone number incorrectly. In this case, I recommend that you contact the sender of the envelope and ask them to revise the phone number or, if possible, change the authentication method.

If you don’t know who is the sender, you can reply the invitation email that you received to sign.
