Hi, I had an issue yesterday with my envelope.The envelope requires 23 signatures from different signers.I created a template, added people to it and then tried to use it.However it would not send envelope without setting signing order first. I was getting an error. Why is that?Now I have to go after each and everyone in a queue to remind them to sign because others are waiting!Is this how DocuSign works? Or there is a way around it? P.S. There were 2 people in the list with the same names and emails. These are owners who has more than on property and need to sign for both separately. i suspect that this is what caused the “signing order” error. Thanks! 

Is there a way to download a certificate of completion for a DocuSign you did not create using the DocuSign Envelope ID?

If you have multiple CHECKBOX options and only one can me selected is there a way to require that additional information be provided for the selected CHECKBOX only? In other words, if a box is checked than additional information needs to be provided but if it is not than no addtl info is required.

Hello, I have used Docusign for years to complete documents sent to me for signature. I was previously able to see all documents upon logging into my Docusign account.I am no longer able see completed documents except one which was signed more recently. Could you help?

I am creating a web form with DocuSign, in the process of building the template I have many documents that may or may not be necessary for the applicant to fill, including four copies of a provider form. The reasoning for this is that some families with multiple children sometimes have multiple providers. How can I conditionally format the required additional pages to show if the provider name boxes have differing information entered?This additional sheet would also require an additional signer, not needed otherwise. Any advice would be wonderful, thank you in advance! 

We are trying to add hyperlinks to the web on one of our documents, but we cannot find the option to add Custom Fields.

Hello,I was hoping to be able to use a template, that already has all the fields needing filled out, sent to a group of trip participants. Each participant needs to complete each field and sign acknowledgement at the bottom. When I try to do the bulk import, it does not carry the fields over to the other recipients.  Would appreciate some help. (Visual aids are great.)

Surely this was answered and I just can’t find it, sorry.   The customer downloaded, signed, and emailed the scanned contract back not using DocuSign.  Therefore, it shows I’m still waiting for that signature.  How do I “check this off” in DocuSign as completed without deleting or voiding so I don’t lose it since the event is still in 6 months? 

Along with documents I need completed and signed, I need the applicants CV/Resume attached returned to me. Is there a way to add this feature to a template? 

Hello everyone,I am using the free version to test out DocuSign for our company.  I’m creating a template and one field I need is for a telephone/cell number.  I can’t seem to get it to work. The number field tells me its an error and wants a number.  Is there any way to create a telephone/cell number field for a template? Or document for that matter?Thank you,Patricia

Hello,I have a Docusign test account, Business Pro Trial. I test to use “Specify recipient” feature, but it does not work. I have error “acocunt does not have permission to send to Agent recipient type”. How do I need to do to use this feature ?  

Where can I search for an envelope using its ID? I need to retrieve the signatures summary.

My DocuSign witness completed his details but the system did not send him/his phone failed to accept the access numerical sequence. He re-tried a number of times and he is no longer available to witness. So’ I need to replace him with a new witness but there is no facility when I access the document for me to change anything as I have already signed and completed my part. Any clues on how to change the witness or do we need to start the whole process again with my lawyers issuing a new document for me to sign again?thanks Michael 

I’ve added a Document Custom Field to calculate 45 days out from the Date Signed field; however, it is not working. During eSign, the Recipient sees the value in the “Initial Value” of the Custom Field but the calc is not happening. Any suggestions??

I have a document which was signed by myself and one other recipient. I can see the audit trail for this in history and the Certificate of Completion.Is it  possible to send / forward this document to a third recipient and include the audit trail of signatures so that they can view not just the document but the original audit trail in history  and/ or the Certificate of Completion from when the document was signed.Thank you for your help. 

I completed and uploaded the CSV File and then got an error saying “There are errors in your bulk list. If you need help fixing or formatting your list, see our help page.Help”  The errors seem to be in the Owner 1::Identification column.  I want the doucments to be SMS verified.  I have tried “Phone/Auth” I have tried “Phone/Auth.” and “SMS/Phone” and SMS/Phone.”  What syntax do I need to use in that column?

Envelope Id: I received a DocuSign-ed contract / agreement with my side of eSignature. How can I get help from DocuSign while I am not an initiator and I am just the person required to sign the document. I do not have a subscription to DocuSign yet. Signing a document does not require an account with DocuSign. The document is obviously forged since:(1) I have never received the DocuSign email requesting for signature at all; I believe that my email in the document is Spoofed and the eSignature is forged;(2) my eSignature in the trial account is different from the document; For example, if they sent to my email requesting for my signature, the signature will be Abc Xyz, not Cde Xyz with is another party on this agreement;(3) The timestamps of all actions within 5 second each from sending, reviewing to signing while I was still sleeping in the early morning: Envelope Summary Events Status Timestamps

Hi! I’m having trouble with a OpenType-formatted font, Flama. When creating an envelope with a word document with this font, something happens when it’s converted to PDF by Docusign and the font changes to Times new roman. Also, sometimes numbers or letters disappear. Is there a list of supported (or non-supported) fonts, so I can change my document styles? Other classic fonts like Arial, calibri etc works fine, it’s just this one in particular I’m having trouble with. If I choose Print to PDF in word, the font is OK. However, when I choose Save as PDF or Save as Adobe PDF, and then create an envelope in Docusign, it seems like letters disappear or gets replaced with “X” in a box. Anyone having the same problem? Embedding the font in the document and converting it to Truetype does not solve the problem.Regards.
