Hello,

Is there a way to make a field required when there are several options to choose from?

In the screenshot above, they are required to choose one of the options, however how do I make this section a requirement without making just one of the check boxes required?

@samphiakeo A few suggestions…

Use a radio button group when there are multiple selections that can be chosen but there should only be one item selected by the Recipient.

When there are multiple options and there is at least one selection but up to any number of combinations of options that can be selected, use Checkbox groups with a validation set.  In your case where the “Purpose of Account”  and there are 13 possible choices use one Checkbox Group with 13 checkboxes in the group and set a validation of “select at least” “1”, which sets that as required for at least 1 checkbox to be selected but they could check all 13 if they needed.

Here is a DocuSign article that goes into some depth.
