I would like to prevent the document from being sent to me as an e-mail attachment after a successful signature run. Concrete case: I send a document to another person for signature. They sign and then I receive the file as an e-mail attachment. I don't want that. Ideally, there should be a notification that the document has been signed, but without the signed document. Unfortunately, I can't find this setting option. Do you have any tips for me? Thank you very much.

I am new to using DocuSign as a business owner.  When I scan my forms for signature they show vertical.  I can’t seem to figure out how to rotate them .  The receiver sees them the same way.  What is the problem?

Hi,I was attempting to clear out my draft folder by deleting envelopes, however I am getting an error whenever I attempt to delete an envelope. All the information I get is - Alert:The server encountered an error.These are envelopes I created through the DocuSign UI so there should not be any permissions issues, and this was working just a couple of weeks ago. Is there currently an issue with deleting envelopes? Or does anyone have any suggestions?Thanks,Jamie

Hi - I don’t seem to have access to seeing Voided envelopes anywhere in my system. How can I search by Envelope ID number, or do I have to have an Add-on from DocuSign in order to do so. I can see them if they were sent in a bulk email, but not if they were sent as a Single addressee.Thanks - Jane

why am i receiving the signed document individually.  how i do merge all signatures on one document. Please help

I have a document with an “office use only” field for the signer’s account number, but that number is not generated until after signing is complete. Is there any way to create a field that is not required for completion of the envelope, but that I can go back and fill in at a later time?

I am receiving a kick back on a valid email address that docusign does not recognize. Has anyone had this issue and how was it rectified? TIA

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to add any email we want in the sender field to a power form without the Sender being an actual user in docusign? 

Is there any way to copy a form from a provided form library into my own templates? I don’t use most forms in the library and I would like to further customize them for my use as my custom templates.

We are on the eSignature Business Pro plan with 100 envelops and 1 seat per year.I added our first Brand, but I do not have the “Add Brand” option to add a second Brand.What am I missing? Thank you

Hello! I am new to Docusign. Could you please help me to figure it out? What plan I should choose if I want to be able to send 30-40 envelopes per month? Also, can I send 5-10 envelopes per day? Thanks a lot for your help! 

Has anyone experienced the following issue?  If so, how did you resolve it?  When creating a merge document with a table of contents, the document looks great.  Once you try to upload into Docusign, the table of contents is filled with error messages.

I received back a document that has already had 3 people sign, one email is incorrect. Hoe can I change it?I went to correct but it will not let me edit the clients email address, what am i not doing?

Anyone have an issues with envelopes being able to be open by anyone clicking on the link provided in the email and the signature appears as the original recipient? So basically able to sign as someone else? This is a serious concern and issue for my company. Anyone know why and how this is happening?   

i have an envelope that went to 2 different people, the first signer had no problem, the second signer cannot open the envelope 

We are utilizing esignature and had it integrated with SuccessFactors Recruiting System. However everytime an envelope or email is being sent to candidates, the email address of the admin is being shown.For Example:ADMIN HR<Email Address>Can this be removed?

Greetings! I’m hoping someone can assist.Here’s the situation: I’m one of my company’s DocuSign admins. A team I support recently reached out to me to say that they haven’t received any submissions from DocuSign for a few months. FYI: The submissions they receive are via PowerForms that our customers fill out at their leisure. When the customer has finished signing, DocuSign automatically sends an email notification with a copy of the completed envelope to the applicable internal email mailbox at my company. This process been working very well for us for several years now.Long story short on the root cause: I checked with our IT admin & they discovered the DocuSign emails were getting blocked on our end, but strangely only for this one mailbox (as far as we can tell so far). Anyway, the admin cleared the blockage & now emails are flowing through again. HOWEVER...Only current submission emails are flowing through, i.e., only the

Hi, I’m an admin user for e-signature and CLM.  A colleague has been sending envelopes via e-signature without issue with an expiry of 4mths.   They have recently started in CLM and then progresses to esignature and the envelopes are now set at expiry at 10 days.  I advised to go into  advance options on each envelope to change the expiry but they aren’t authorised to make the changes.I then tried as an admin user and I have the same issue.   How can we go about changing this?  Other team members do not have this issue as theirs is set to a standard 4mths not 10 days.  User profiles are all the same for non admin users.

Hello,Is there a way to make a field required when there are several options to choose from? In the screenshot above, they are required to choose one of the options, however how do I make this section a requirement without making just one of the check boxes required? 

Hi i am trying to create templates in DocuSign for contracts but the text box to fill in the details are not flexible eg- sometimes job title can be longer then the space created in contract to fill in the text box nd it over laps with with the text in background  is there any solution to it? currently our DocuSign is not synced with workday or any other system we just stared with e-signatures. Thank you!
