I received a notice my acct was to be cancelled due to incorrect cc info. I logged in wanting to cancel. It somehow charged a new cc acct?

I want to cancel as I do not use the service. Please advise

To close or downgrade your subscription (if your account was purchased by DocuSign web site), you can access the menu Settings > Plan and Billing > Cancel Subscription. Please check this article below:

However, if you received any unexpected charge from DocuSign, I strong recommend you to create a ticket with Customer Support before do anything. They’ll be able to assist you with your request.
