Is it possible to provide a team access DocuSign to review documents in a Outlook shared mail box?

Hi @I811093 !

For security and history reason, DocuSign do not allow multiple access at the same time for the same user account. Our strong recommendation is to create one user account for each member of your team, so besides they’ll have an individual login and password, you’ll be able to track each update for your users and their actions.

Regarding the Outlook shared mail box, you can create a Shared Access configuration, allowing each user to view and manage the envelopes in this mail box. Please check this article for more information: Shared Access to Envelopes
