When I try to access my document to sign it says the envelope or the account is not activated.  I have tried accessing the document with the 33 security code but got the same response.  Help me here please!

I am trying to require our users to use access code for their recipients. When testing this I get a message that an Authentication Method must be specified for each recipient. I cannot find where that is done.

I have a document that I want to send in-mass to multiple individuals. I want the document to contain text-fields that are individualized to each recipient. I have set up a template with text fields (standard), but it does not appear to be possible to individualize the text that are in those fields for each recipient. Am I missing something, or is there a better method to go about what I am trying to accomplish? As an additional note, I will be satisfied if I can manually enter text but would it be possible to import the data necessary for those text fields from another file (for example, an excel spreadsheet that contains the information that I want to import into the text fields per each recipient)?Sending thanks in advance.

I need to be able to have a template signed by 2 people all within a 24 hour period.  I don’t want to expire the envelope after 24 hours because I can see that being a problem.  Is there a way to set it up so if the 24 hours expires, we can reset the envelope for another 24 hours without having to void out the envelope?

I inadvertently created a checkbox group when I was trying to align a group of checkboxes in a template.  How do I remove the checkboxes from a group?

Hi - i am being asked by one of the firms that i provide signed documents to for a Blue Signature Panel to show on the certificates as shown here. i keep telling them that i cannot find it and it doesn't appear on my certificates but they wont accept the documents without it. anyone got any ideas?  

Administrator left and we cannot add a new user. How do we get access to account and how do we add 2 new employees?Have sent several emails to Docusign but have had no response.  Does anyone have a phone number I can call. 

I have a document that has several “Yes or No” questions and I don’t know how to make all of the boxes independent of each other? It seems when one box is selected then all of the boxes become selected with the same answer.

Hello everyone, I require some assistance with signing a document. I've received the contract from my new employer, but before I can proceed, I need to verify my identity. Unfortunately, my country isn't listed under the National ID options.I only possess a National ID card, as I don't have a passport or require a Residence permit. Additionally, there was another requirement mentioned, but I can't recall it. However, I believe it's unnecessary since I am a native of Romania. Could you please advise me on how to verify my identity given that Romania doesn't appear on the National ID list? My employer's response time is lengthy, so I'm seeking alternative solutions.Furthermore, upon checking the website, it indicated that the National ID from Romania is accepted.Thank you all in advance for your help.

For exemple, I have in the address book 3 people from Company A, 3 from Company B and 3 from Company C. Can i make folders named for each?Also is it possible to add additional information for each person? I’d like to add a date that’ll indicate when the procuration will expire.

Hi Community. I have three coaching clients that I want to sign a document. They all have different names and start dates. Do I have to have different envelops for each one? Can I edit the start and end dates in the document? And, their names in the document?  Thanks for the help  Mark

I have a doctor only wanting to sign orders through DocuSign, but there is only one designated employee in the branch to send them. Is there a way for her to have access to Docusign send them to the doctor for signature without having access to other thing in DocuSign, 

When we navigate to the Legal Disclosures page in Settings, the Create Custom button is there in the upper right momentarily, then it disappears.   How can we have this button enabled?

Hello -  I continue getting emails that I added a seat and I need to assign a user, but it’s only me on the account. When I enter my own email it says I am already a user. Docusign says I have two users. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help.

I'm creating a template that will be used to send to vendors. I want to set up several fields of information in the document with the field and then a line after it where the information will be pre-filled by me (such as Business name_________, Vendor________, Address_______, prices, amount due, etc.) that will be specific to each vendor. Upon receipt of the envelope, the Recipient (Vendor) will only sign and date and then the document will come back to me for my signature. If I create those fields using Pre-fill tools, save, and then create an envelope and fill in the fields with the vendor specific information, why does the information block out part of the line and look terrible?

We need the ability to align the text within the field to center or to the right from the default left position.We’ve integrated our digital applications into DocuSign via API and many fields require the text to be centered or to be aligned to the right. Please consider adding this.

Can the text field allow to align the entered content to the right? I have a template that is capturing some financial information and the accountant readers are more familiar and comfortable with numerical data having a right alignment similar to a spreadsheet. Any way to do this? Thanks!

HR are wanting to send out our employment packs in Docusign and then at the end in the section below "Team Leader notification" we want the Team Leader to just receive the message but not the signed documentation with employee details. Do you know from the drop down list if there is another option to send them just the message without the new starter documents and employment pack included? i.e "update recipients or something else?"... happy to explain furtherI just want the Team Leader to know that the new employee has completed the intake documents, but because that information is sensitive, I don't want them seeing the documents themselves.

Use case:One mandatory checkbox (not a group) must trigger a validation rule for completing two fields:checkbox unchecked: the two field become visible and must be filled in without any other action on the checkbox which will remain empty checkbox checked: the two field must not be visibleIf I put the checkbox as mandatory I’m not able to skip it in case the user want to uncheck it. Is there a solution for covering both scenario without skipping the checkbox?

I have a document that needs to be signed by onboared employees and then approved by any 1 of 4 managers.  Is there a way to COMPLETE the document once the employee and any ONE of the FOUR mangers has approved?
