People trying to access my PowerForm are encountering an error when they click the PowerForm link. Error is

“Unable to load PowerForm signing process. Error: An error has occurred.”

Can anyone provide direction on what might be causing this. It was working 2 hours ago and suddenly appeared.

@AdamVH Were there any changes made to the Powerform between the time it was working and when it failed? 

The error is pretty generic and I have seen this under a few circumstances.  The first is the Powerform should always have Recipient 1 as blank for both the Name and Email address, only the Role should be defined. I would edit the Template and verify then try saving the Template again after any changes to see if any error pops up during the SAVE.
