I received a document in an email and it will not open to sign. It says my password is incorrect but I just set it up?

A document sent to be eSigned via Docusign is accessed through a link sent to an email, SMS, or Whatsapp.
The signer receives a notification email with a button “Review Documents”, clicking on it then the signer will get access to the document, however the sender can set an Access Code for example, if one was set so you need to type the Access Code, the sender must provide such code in advance.
Did you receive the email notification? What error is showing up for you? Could you send a screenshot with the error message?
