I have a signer (the 2nd in the signing order) who says they cannot see the full document, but only portions of the document. The first signer can see the entire document. I believe it is something with the signer’s system, but I don’t know how to troubleshoot with them. Any ideas?

Some suggestions for troubleshooting:

  1. Ask him to use a different Browser
  2. Copy the link in the button Review Document in the notification email sent to him
  3. Open an incognito tab then paste the link there. See if he can see now the entire document.

Another suggestion: 

  1. Perhaps his machine has Windows updates pending so update by clicking in Check Updates in WIndows.
