Can you use Docusign to sign an excel spreadsheet and keep it in excel format?

Hi Lynn,

You can certainly send an Excel file (.csv, .xls, .xlsm, .xlsx) to a recipient and add a Signature field for signing.  DocuSign supports numerous filetypes for sending and signing.

However, upon signing, that document will be converted to a .PDF document.

You will, of course always have the original unsigned document in the filetype it originated in, but that document will be converted to PDF post-signature.
