We purchased a DocuSign Standard Edition through TechSoup 9 months ago and we are coming up on our renewal.  Has anyone gone through the process of renewing DocuSign that was purchased through TechSoup. TechSoup indicated in the original order “Note: Your DocuSign Billing and Usage page might suggest that an annual payment is due at the end of the year of service. However, your cost at that time will continue to be $0.00.”  I would like insight into how the subscription process works before getting hit with a $300 renewal fee. Will we get a communication from DocuSign as we get close to our renewal date? Thanks CraigP

My grandmother is being told that everything will be taken care of, can anyone use her signature provided they know her information or is there another way to use docusign.

I am a Docusign admin and have created a Group of 3 people but when I go to send an envelope to this created Group, it doesn't come up as a choice. Can someone help? I might be missing a step or need to get this enabled? Thanks! Dorothy 

One of our users gets delays on her emails.  When she sents docs the delivery of email happens the next day which is very odd.What might be the course of the delay?Her profile is correctly created.

I have a form that needs to be signed by one of two people. It doesn’t matter who signs it. Is there a way to send the document to both of the recipients and if either of them sign it, the form is now complete and will be emailed back?

We have had multiple documents assigned to a Signing Group where the envelope will “assign itself” to a random signer within that group. We know it isn’t the representative going in and assigning the envelope to themselves as it is happening around 3am (which we would be closed by then) and they do not have access to assign to themselves outside of the company (behind a firewall). This also happens when someone is on vacation, out of town, so they would not show up to just assign themselves a document for no reason. Has anyone else encountered this issue? This has been going on since May/June of 2023.

I have a document that conditionally has one or two signers. The only person who knows whether the second signer is necessary - and what their email would be - is the first signer.  Is there any way to accomplish this in DocuSign?(Maybe I can use “Specify Recipient” signers with conditional routing??? I’m not sure if that’s supported though...)

Hi.  If an envelope has already been signed by all Signers, but one “Needs to View” recipient has not yet viewed, can that “Needs to View” recipient reject the folder and cause the signatures to fail?How do you move past the Needs to View participant if they will not view the document?

I have enrolled Docu sign for years, and before the expiry of one year in May 24, it said I exceed the envelopes that I never have the problem  before.So on April 5, 24, I have to enroll again, and the fee is $480 per year instead of the old one which is $240 per year.  I have called the office during April 5, it said there is only 100 envelopes per year, and each time that I send one doc.  is count as 1 envelope.  I would like to clarify if this is the case, as if 100 envelope is limit in a year is very limit, I would exceed the 100 envelope in one year. I am a realtor in Sacramento, as every transaction I have to send 4-5 envelopes.  So I think if 100 envelopes is not enough.  And I think the price is a pricy too.  Please clarify. 

Hello Folks, I'm routing bulk contracts (more than 30-40) in a single envelope and would like to know, if there is any way that can allow signer, just to sign on one and it will be captured by rest contracts in the envelope.I would appreciate your response, thanks.Best regards,Amol

There has to be an easier way to copy and paste the same fields and easily change recipients without having to drag them one by one from the left to the right. So, let’s say I have nine recipients, all needing to sign the same fields. I copy them all as a group, change recipients, then paste them, they are still coded to the previous recipient. When I change the recipient, it changes all of them. Why would it do this? I’m pulling my hair out here because it shouldn’t be this difficult.

I would really like the option to insert the date only, with no timestamp.I understand my admin can set this, but it is a global setting.Can this be made available on at the user level or on an envelope/document basis?Many people in my organisation are struggling with this.

I often send documents to multiple people, but I am not getting notified as they sign. I have to actually login to see where the signing status is. I used to use AdobeSign, and they notified me at every step. I can’t figure out how to turn that setting on in Docusign? The only thing I see about it is five years old. Thank you!

Is it possible to have just the day of the week populated? For example, if the document says:Signed this _____ day of April, 2024. Can I select something other than the Date icon (which reflects the full date) to populate just the numerical day of the week, i.e. 24?Thanks

I have a Canadian citizen who is signing a US document.  When he puts in his ID info, its not letting him say he lives in Canada.  Any of you run into this issue? 

Hi, still new, 2nd question, Day 1… thanks for your patience.I placed a payment item on the last page of a power form.  when I review the form, as the end user, the payment item is mearly an icon with text.  It has no purpose. When the form is finished the payment gateway opens as it is intended. all fine there.My question is how do I place the payment item, but not show on the form?  Thank you.See attached PDF 

I’m struggling to understand the difference between these two concepts - setting someone up as a Delegate or Sharing Access.  How are they not the same thing?With Outlook, making someone a Delegate is a common thing - they typically have Send on Behalf Of rights, as well as creation and editing permissions.  I know that a calendar can be shared with someone that isn’t a delegate.  The concept has made sense for a long time.Not so with DocuSign.  I need to give my attorneys a clear cut answer:  Make someone a Delegate if you need them to XYZ.  Share Access with someone when you need them to ABC...

I’m very new to Docusign. Day 1… Almost everythig is very straight forward. Except for the Start Tab at the beginning of the form.I have a fillable form. A rental application to be exact. when the applicant opens the form, the first thing they see is the Start Tab. The applicant will be inclined to press that tab first, bringing them down to the end of the application, asking for a signature.  The applicant must be directed to fill out the form first before being directed to the signature.How do I edit this?Thank you 

Filling out Docusign for customer as always and as i go to send it says error and i look back and some or all of the boxes to sign/fill out have turned red instead of their normal yellow/green. Please advise 

HiI would like ask 2 questions for fixing 2 issues: We woukd like add an automatic  retour in a text field. Actually, when the text length is longer we lost the last part iof  the text. Is a solution exist to avoid it? We would create a dynamic field in the welcome message mail (Ex; Hello <last name> ….) Regards
