One of our users gets delays on her emails.  When she sents docs the delivery of email happens the next day which is very odd.

What might be the course of the delay?

Her profile is correctly created.

I am sorry to hear that your  user hasn't been receiving the envelope's notifications as expected, but I will gladly help you correct the issue as soon as possible.

 

Your user's email notification settings are managed in My Preferences>Notifications.

In this scenario, since you have enabled the setting. but are not getting the completion email on time, the most common root cause of this behavior would be a custom rule either in your email inbox or within your email domain that is suppressing the email or moving it to a specific folder.
