ID Verification for a Canadian Citizen

What type of IDV verification did use to him?

Canada IDs accepts for ID verification: 

    State ID, driver's license, passport.

If you can send a screenshot with the pop up window requesting information would be great. You can blurb the private information.

I’m wondering if it was something I did wrong.  I asked for the general ID Verification.  He got stuck putting in his address since it was trying to auto-populate with US states and there was no place for him to say Canada vs United States.

Of course, it was on his end so I don’t have screen shots of what he ran into.  I’m just going by what the client told me.

I should probably add, he could not get to the step to upload is ID - like a Canadian passport.
