Good Morning,

 

I’ve been trying to change my email address, Docusign will send code to email address I wish to change to I get this message (please see screenshot attached).

 

Can anyone help/advise

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

 

Try this:

  • Close your browser and any opened session logged to Docusign
  • Open a browser then open an Incognito tab
  • Login to your account
  • Go to Manage Profile
  • Update Email Address
  • Get the code sent to your email, use it to complete the update.

It should work.

Is the new email an email associated to another Docusign Account?

If so, take a look at this article:
