Good Morning,

I’ve been trying to change my email address, Docusign will send code to email address I wish to change to I get this message (please see screenshot attached).

Can anyone help/advise

Is the new email an email associated to another Docusign Account?

If so, take a look at this article:

Error: "There was an error changing email, please try again later"

Hello, @Suz168

Welcome to the Docusign Community!

Try this:

Close your browser and any opened session logged to Docusign
Open a browser then open an Incognito tab
Login to your account
Go to Manage Profile
Update Email Address
Get the code sent to your email, use it to complete the update.

It should work.
