Hi my trial ends tomorrow but am unable to cancel my free subscription after following the prompts under account and billing. Can some one talk me through this cheers

I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to know how to cancel your 30-day free trial.
To cancel a free trial you will need to contact Docusign Support, either by creating a case (How do I open a case in the DocuSign Support Center?) or if you’re not able to open a Customer Support case via the link, you can find below the available phone numbers to contact Customer Support:

Please be aware if no plan is selected once the Free Trial ends, the account does not automatically charge the user, as the system does not know which plan the user would like, after the 30 days, the free trial will expire and the account will downgrade to a free account. No cancelation is required. You’ll then have the option to upgrade to a paid account by signing in and selecting the upgrade button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
What are my options for a DocuSign Trial account, Demo account, Developer account, or Free account?
After this downgrade is complete you can close your Docusign account, by logging in as an Administrator and going to Settings > Plan and Billing. From there, you can select Cancel Subscription or click the "click here" link under Close Account. On mobile, go to Settings > Plan and Billing and select Close Account. Please note that closing your account will result in downgrading to a free version with limited features.
