Filling out Docusign for customer as always and as i go to send it says error and i look back and some or all of the boxes to sign/fill out have turned red instead of their normal yellow/green. Please advise

I am sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to fill in your signer’s answers to your document fields, but I will help solve the issue as soon as possible.
If the fields are highlighted in red, there must be a missing requirement for their completion. This applies both in the case of data validation, or missing to answer a required field.
You can manage your field’s setup to update your validation rules and mark it as not required in its Field Properties menu, displayed at the right side of the screen after clicking the field to edit.
