How do I add date/time and note to my e-signature?

I am an employee with a company and using their docusign. I want my signature to show the date/time and a note "I approve this document". I am seeing this in another company's signatures and I would like to replicate. I have troubleshooted everywhere and I am thinking this is only for admin users. Is this only for admin to accessorize?

I wanted to know if we can hide the account holder name and email address in the email notifications that are sent from the individual's account. Please refer below

I am sending a document to list of users. When they receive an email notification from DocuSign, it shows my name and email address in the notification like this:Test Name<my email id>Can we hide this in the notification email?

Is there a way for sender one to make corrections to their sections of the document once it has been sent to sender two?

I am the sender of a document, the first signer said there was a mistake they entered on their section of the document. Now the document is off to sender two. Is there a way to send the document back to sender one to allow them to revise their mistakes?

How to Allow only one recipient to edit the collaborative fields

Hey, I was creating a contract with collaborative fields, so recipients can edit fields if they wanted. But I noticed that by setting a text field as "collaborative filed" all recipients will be allowed to edit that field. Is it possible to pick recipients allowed to collaborate on that field?

esignature not acceptable by a Washington state court

I am a pro-se defendant in a lawsuit in a Washington state couinty, but live in New Mexico.I prepared a pleading, e-signed it with Docusign, only to learn that WA court did not do online filing. So I shipped the e-signed physical papers to a process server in WA for filing in the court. The clerk at first resisted filing the papers due to e-signature, but was reminded that it was her duty, she filed the papers saying that the judge will not like it.--- Is it acceptable to use e-signed physical papers as "the original document" ?

How long can we validate the eSignature signed PDF (PAdES-LTV), AFTER downloaded?

LTV (Long Term Validation) have a long expiration date, but it may be NOT forever, so I think we need to take appropriate action after the life-time is exceeded.​The specification of the downloaded PDF seems to be PAdES-LTV.In PAdES-LTV, I understand that the expiration date of the entire PDF is the expiration date of the last added document timestamp.When the certificate of document time stamp attached to the downloaded PDF expire?​If it's long enough, I don't have to do anything, so I asked how long it is.I looked at page 9 of the PAdES-LTV specification (below link) and understood and asked the question as above.https://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_ts/102700_102799/10277804/01.01.01_60/ts_10277804v010101p.pdf

Reminder to sign:

Is it possible to send out a reminder to sign to those who have not yet signed the document? For example if you have sent a document with 20 recipients and 15 of them have signed the document- is it possible to send a reminder to the remaining 5 who are yet to sign?

Why are documents blank?

When I create a document to send off. I fill it all out and I do everything necessary and send it off, but why whenever I want to look at the documents are they blank??? How to recall (void) a request after sending it?

Hi, I have sent 2 requests to my university for esignatures, but they were not linked to my docusign account. How can I void them? I received confirmation emails, but that link opens the document with no actions options. However, on my account, those documents do not show up. Kindly guide.

eSignature uploaded; On first document signed it was relatively clear (although it could have been better); On second document signed it was very small and barely legible. Both are small documents.

What would cause this discrepancy? Cell phone vs desktop/tablet signature?Suggestions on best practice to upload a signature (such as, sign in black ink on paper and then scan, then upload as opposed to a digital signature)?

Signing the document on behalf of someone else.

I send a document which needs to be signed by 4 individuals. One of the signers takes print out of the document and gets it signed from someone else manually and emails the document to us. So , i do have the signed document but my question is can we add a delegate for that particular signer? Does the signer & delegate need to have a DocuSign account?Is there any other workaround for such scenarios in DocuSign?Thank you,Rita
