Setting an order including non-signing recipients

Hi there, I have a document I’d like to send to 3 parties as noted below:

Party 1: signer
Party 2: receives a copy
Party 3: signs

Party 3 CANNOT receive the document until party 2 reviews. What’s the best way to ensure that Party 2 controls exactly when Party 3 is ready to get the doc and sign in?

Should I actually note Party 2 as a signer and just not put any place for them to sign / fill out?

@jperlstein16 - Set a Signing order for your envelope. You can find the details here: Set a Signing Order (docusign.com) Maybe set Party 2 to Needs to view. Can you elaborate on what Party 2 will do if there is an issue after they review the document?
