Not seeing updated signatures

Question

I have some documents that were sent out for signing.  When I check the status it says it’s still waiting for someone to sign but they have already signed it and has even moved on to the next signatory.  How can I get this updated so that I can see where it’s sitting?

@G MacDonald- You can look at the history of the envelope as well. When you mouse over the “Waiting for Others” itshould list the name of the next signatories. There was an issue with status updates last week. But I believe that has been resolved.
