I have a user that is not receiving notifications to sign in the inbox of Docusign.  She says they are showing up in outlook, but she had to search for them. Im an admin for our place of business. I sent her a test form to sign about an hour ago and it hasnt show up yet.

@Don Oliver If the User must “Search” to locate the notification then it is most likely being sent to Junk or Spam or another folder such as “other” instead of the “Focus” inbox of Outlook.  I would recommend that the User checks any Rule sin Outlooks that may be redirecting inbound email then set the Security measures so that any notifications from DocuSign are added to the “allow” list which can remove issues with these emails from going into other locations or “other”.
