Suspicious Docusign request email

Hello 
I received a docusign request that I wasnt expecting, and doesnt really doesnt describe what it is for. The email address it came from also looks odd. What domain do legitimate docusign requests typicaly have? The email I received was from an email address ending in @aij.or.jp . I’ve never seen an email address that ends in .jp, looking online it looks to be a country code for Japan. 
Is there someone at Docusign that I should forward the suspicious email to?
