Send 1 document to 3 people for signature

Question

I am trying to send the same document to 3 people to sign.  when I get the fields, there are 3 different colors.  When I select continue, it says add fields for person #2 and #3.  I select that and nothing happens.  If I select continue, then person 2 and 3 have no fields. How do I get fields on everyone’s document?

@dssolo1You can change the recipient in the dropdown and then drag the fields onto the documents. The different colours is a support for the sender to visually check who the fields were assigned to and make adjustments if needed before sending out the document.If you want to assign an existing field to a different recipient, click on the field and change the recipients in the configuration menu at the righthand side.
