Mutiple people signing, won't have all of their emails

Question

Hi all, I am trying to see if we can utilise DocuSign for one of the forms we use to collect signatures from a committee.

There could be up to 15 people this needs to be sent to and each person has to provide 2 signatures each.

The pain point we have is that these committee members are voted in at an AGM, so we don’t know the names of the people or their emails in advance.

Any ideas on how I could approach this, I am not even sure if this can be done?

Hello, @DawnSWelcome to the Docusign Community!Using the action Specify Recipients may solve your need.Specify Recipients should be used when you do not know who the eventual signers will be. This manager recipient will receive your envelope and fill in the name and email address for any role recipients.
