Can anyone help? I am trying to make fields for a Withholdings Certificate. 

Right now they are all working through conditional fields and dropdowns. Should i try text boxes and radio buttons and if so how should they be added?

 

  • If the user selects “0” on number 1 then 2 & 3 are NOT to be entered. 
  • if they don't want to chose “0” they must pick a drop down option from both 2 & 3.  

Can anyone think of a way around the way I have set up the first line? Currently I have a dropdown with two options being “0” and “Not applied”. When “0” is selected line 2 & 3 are hidden. When “Not Applied” is selected It let’s them pick from 2 & 3. 

We are ultimately trying to keep it set up the way it is with drop downs so that the user is almost “forced” to select only right options whereas text boxes would let them mess up. We think the “Not Applied” is going to be too confusing for the users. Any tips or help is appreciated, thanks.
