Hello,I am receiving the following error when trying to send a template: “A tab LocalePolicy is invalid. A formula tab LocalePolicy does not match a numerical tab LocalePolicy from its formula.”I have checked and rechecked my formulas to no avail. I’ve utilized the same formulas in another template which is working just fine. I’ve made sure that the formulas are set up exactly the same way in both templates but it is still giving me the above error message.How do I locate the problem to fix it? I’ve attached the template that is having issues for reference.Thanks,Tori

I am sending a client a W-9 but it keeps getting voided before the client can even attempt to sign. An email is sent out saying that I voided the envelope, but I did no such thing. This has happened (3) times now. Time #1: Sent new template with W-9Time #2: Copied voided envelope to resendTime #3: Started over with a new template.

Instead of DocuSign telling me when someone views and opens a document, it would be way more useful if it told me when someone signed the document. Is this possible? Current settings:  

When I click “edit” it only shows “Authorize Account” it doesnt allow me to change the connected account.  

I sent out a document, and the last person somehow forwarded the document to another staff member and they added their signature instead. Now the document is fully executed and I need to remove the last signature and send it back to the person that is supposed to be on the document.

Currently I am using the text field to populate the numbers and text, but I am finding it hard to read the entire text especially when the numbers or text is between the lines of the boxes. Please see the attached. Is there any workaround on this? 

I created a file and the preview showed the fields in the right place but when the person signed it and I tried to print it, everything moved from place and the signature is not clear. What can I do to know where the sigature will show in the final version of the file?

Hello.  I have two former employees with closed access.  I need to access and review envelopes previously sent by them.  How can I access the past envelopes?  

I have been sent a document to sign. When I get to the signature portion the words “DocuSign “ show up in place of my actual signature.  How can I change this?  I have tried logging in to my account but my signature is correct there.  To clarify I have been sent a form from a past employee to fill out and sign for her student loan, so it is coming through my work email.

Is it possible to have ONE link to an envelope and then be able to send that link to different people to have them sign? Or everytime I send a document it has to be a new envelope? 

Hi, I was able to purchase a Real Estate plan through the demo environment on my developer account “https://ecom-d.docusign.com/”. However I used wrong/test details on purpose, expecting it to fail. However it still went through and generated an invoice, and said I had purchased it. Is this a fake transaction as I have done it through the demo environment? I never received an email telling me it didn't go through. Nevertheless I want to cancel this account as I don't want to seem like I purposefully used these wrong details in order to purchase a plan. 

Hi thereI took over this docusign account from Heidi Morris-Wilson and thought I had edited her name out of the documents but she does remain as the document owner.  I have since created my own documents and as you can see below her name is on my new documents under my name.  I also saw her name in the default section but do not know how to remove it.Can you help?Thanks  

If you are setting a signing order on an envelope, does the next person on teh list see the signatures of those who have previously signed?

I am trying to sign a document so I can send it to my client to be signed. I keep getting an error message saying Required-invalid data in the field. Is there a specific way that phone numbers are supposed to be entered? I’ve attempted to put the number in several times but continue to get the error message. 

I found articles stating you can create a condition for a check box value.  I go to Conditional Fields and select Create Rule.  The only option that shows is a message in the toolbar “Click on the fields to show when trigger field =“.  I select a value and click Done.   I have no other selections.  Does this mean I do not have the appropriate version?  Is there a module I need to purchase to have the ability to set conditions?  

When placing signature blocks and such there are all these pop up tips that are really annoying. How do you get rid of them permanently?

Hello,  I have problem adding recipient when signing the document and this recipient is registered also and can sign the documents. Secondly, it seems to me that it is more time consuming than previous app used for this purpose. Way too many klicks, signing in and log in required.  

Is it possible to send a document to be signed and to have a password required for the initial signing and every time they access the document?  If it is password protected for access each time can they download it once signed?Thank you for any information.

I have an annual subscription.  I expected I would receive an email notification prior to the annual payment being deducted, but I did not.  Is there any way to be notified of an upcoming payment?

Hello...we have multiple locations in which we perform mental health services. We have a Release of information form that needs to be filled out to allow each location to share limited information with the non-mental health staff at that location. Currently when signing this form, I have created a dropdown for the “Name of Location” field on the form, so that all the client has to do is to pick the location they are being seen in, however we also need to add the address of that location on the form. At the moment I have that as a free text field so that they can type it in, but is there a way to create some kind of logic in the background so that the addresses auto-populate when they simply pick their location?
