Former colleague name on my documents

Question

Hi thereI took over this docusign account from Heidi Morris-Wilson and thought I had edited her name out of the documents but she does remain as the document owner.  I have since created my own documents and as you can see below her name is on my new documents under my name.  I also saw her name in the default section but do not know how to remove it.Can you help?Thanks

@Marelle.Ollenich- Are these envelopes that are currently in transit? You can transfer ownership on both Envelopes and Templates. Do you see this option on the envelopes sent?For Templates it will be here.Also, you might want to check if there are any custody transfer rules applied to your account. (I don’t think that is the case)
