BILLING NOTIFICATIONS

Question

I have an annual subscription.  I expected I would receive an email notification prior to the annual payment being deducted, but I did not.  Is there any way to be notified of an upcoming payment?

Hello @keytoit,Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!I’m sorry to hear that you are not getting the notification before your annual payment.to better assist you, can you confirm if you are on a web plan or a direct plan?For web plans,Notifications are supposed to be sent a month prior to the Annual renewal, this should be automatic.
