I have an annual subscription.  I expected I would receive an email notification prior to the annual payment being deducted, but I did not.  Is there any way to be notified of an upcoming payment?

I’m sorry to hear that you are not getting the notification before your annual payment.

 

to better assist you, can you confirm if you are on a web plan or a direct plan?

 

For web plans, Notifications are supposed to be sent a month prior to the Annual renewal, this should be automatic. If you did not see one, can you check your spam folders or trash folders: Why am I not getting Docusign email notifications?
