Currently I am using the text field to populate the numbers and text, but I am finding it hard to read the entire text especially when the numbers or text is between the lines of the boxes. Please see the attached. Is there any workaround on this?

Since you’ll be using DocuSign to fill in the form, there is not a real need to use boxes, unless it is needed for OCR purposes.   If that is not possible you can add a text field for each box by selecting the Text tool and resizing it to fit each box. This ensures each character is clearly visible within its own box. (Not recommended).

You can also try to modify the font and size to fit the boxes layout.
