Accessing envelopes of a previous sender

Hello. I have two former employees with closed access. I need to access and review envelopes previously sent by them. How can I access the past envelopes?

You might need to share their envelopes with someone active at the company. If you have already closed the users, you might not be able to do that. You can try. If you cannot, you can Reactive the user.

After you reactivate and share the access, you can close the user again. It will not affect the sharing. You can also transfer ownership of any envelopes in transit, so you can track progress.
