Invalid Data entry for phone number

Question

I am trying to sign a document so I can send it to my client to be signed. I keep getting an error message saying Required-invalid data in the field. Is there a specific way that phone numbers are supposed to be entered? I’ve attempted to put the number in several times but continue to get the error message.

@LJonesFCSThere are not any pre-defined data validation for phone numbers. It is most likely a custom validation. Does the application give you a data format when you mouse over the field or as a result of entering the invalid data?
