Is it possible to send a document to be signed and to have a password required for the initial signing and every time they access the document? If it is password protected for access each time can they download it once signed?

You can add Access Code authentication to recipients in an envelope. The frequency at which they need to enter the access code to view or sign the document depends on the Recipient Authentication Trigger account settings. The downloaded PDF however will not be protected by an access code.
