My other accounts subscribed to unlimited envelopes, but they didn't go to my account the next day. I am now requesting a refund 

For several years we used Docusign but they started double charging our account and would not provide a resolution until the company involved..  It has been 4 years and we decided to try it again.  20 minutes after signing up for the $15.00 monthly plan, they added on a $300.00 charge that was NOT AUTHORIZED.  As soon as I put in my credit card for $15.00 personal monthly account they scammed me by adding some charge for something I did not authorize or sign up for.  Has anyone else had this happen? Does anyone have a way to actually contact them? Their customer service link sends you to a FAQ not an actual person.

Hello team,I would like to implement liveness detection ID verification in our project for e-signature workflows. However, we currently do not have any available options to test this feature, nor do we have proper documentation to proceed.On our sandbox account, we only see basic identity verification methods like phone verification — no options for liveness detection or document-based identity checks. Please refer to the attached screenshot for better understanding.Could you kindly guide me on how to enable and test liveness detection ID verification in the sandbox environment? If this feature is only available on specific plans, please share the requirements and necessary steps to activate it.Thank you.  

Hi there!Can I upload an agreement that the other participant has to sign legally identified with any of their legal document (ID, passport, etc.).What happens if I had to prove to an authority (Hungary, EU) that the document is signed by a real person (BTW who lives in the other side of the globe). Will they (the authorities) accept the undersigning? How can I or the authorities check whether the other participant used their real name and other information?

Please help! I have fully paid for a Business Pro account and have been using the service. It was fine until I got blocked from entering my account and had to file a case to regain access. Then after regaining access my account now no longer says it is a Business Pro account and I cannot use any of the services that I paid for. For context, I paid for the monthly 20 days ago and there is no way it could be an issue of renewal. I am also completely unable to contact support since their website wont allow me to contact them unless I upgrade my account. I even tried paying for an upgrade so I could contact them and it wouldn't process. I also tried responding to my previous emails with their support and I receive emails back saying I have to open a new case. I really don’t understand why they make their customer support completely unreachable. 

How do I add a supplemental document. When I try to add a new file into a new envelop the drop down doesn't allow me to select Supplemental Document? Is there a certain level of license I need as I have a single user license.

My account is subscribed to IAM Standard but cannot log in now. Requesting refund. Account cannot log in and unable to create case 

Clicking on almost anything within the web portal takes up to a full minute or more to respond. Doesn’t matter what browser is used.  Any ideas of what the issue might be or how to resolve? 

Hi community,We're currently experiencing an issue where DocuSign emails are not being delivered to Yahoo Mail inboxes. Users with Yahoo addresses are not receiving the signing or notification emails, while other email domains (like Gmail and Outlook) are working fine.Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Could this be related to DKIM/SPF settings or an issue on DocuSign’s sending domain?Any advice or confirmation from the DocuSign team would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,  Masood Huraira

We have edited our Resource Files for the Agent and the Customer emails, but when the Agent has yet to send to Customer the reminder that is sent to the Agent is the Customer email. Is there a way to resend the Agent reminder email to the Agent instead of the Customer? We are also sending everything out via API. Hope that was clear? Thank you,

Hello, can anybody tell me if it is possible to upload documents in DocuSign in color? I noticed the default is to convert documents to black & white during upload. Tanks.

I work for a company. I created a dev account before the company made an organization and invited me to it.Now, when I log in I have two accounts.Company Name (the one that was created when I created my account) Company Name, Inc (created by the company I work for)I need to removed the first account. It’s interfering with our development because when I try and auth it’s pulling data from the wrong account.All the documentation about how to cancel or downgrade do not apply here. I can’t open a Case because I do not have a production account.I can provide account numbers. I’m attaching a screenshot of what it looks like when I log in.How do I resolve this? 

I am sending documents to a client and they are not receiving in their email...no clue why this is suddenly happening. Anyone had the same problem or know how to correct?

I originally created a template and after testing it successfully, I decided to make it a Web Form.  Everything so far has populating correctly, except one formula.  The formula calculates based on the value from a drop-down * another formula.  What should I modify to make it work successfully with this Web Form?

I’m having an issue with PowerForms that I’m assuming is user error, but can’t seem to track down the issue.  I’ve created a template with four signers that I have successfully tested.  I then create a PowerForm using that template, confirming the four named (but no email included) recipients, but when I use the URL to test the form, it goes directly to showing the documents without any fields to populate.  I am not prompted to fill in the names or email addresses of any signers.  I then receive a notice via DocuSign (as both administrator and including my email as receiving a copy) that the form has been completed.  The included documents are just the blank forms.  I have tested this by both using a different browser where I have never logged into DocuSign from and my personal computer that has never signed into my work account.Any thoughts on where in the process I’m going wrong?  Thank you.

Out of nowhere we are now receiving the error message when someone submits a web form.Account or user does not have permission to set recipient email notifications.The account authorized to send as has an admin role and has the right permissions. 

You have not processed one of my refunds. I can’t open a support ticket because I am not a paid member.  I have checked, there is an outstanding refund due. Please advise

I am new to DocuSign and have been trusted to implement digital documents for our K3-12th grade private school. We currently have an IAM Professional License.So far I have managed to:Create separate templates for each document that we need to complete Create a Document Custom Field that is a dropdown menu for each grade. Create an Envelope Custom Field titled Student Name. Set rules for each document and grade to archive each document to the correct Google Drive folder.My intention is to:Send an envelope for each grade level so that parents only receive the documents that they need to complete for their specific child (K3 parents only need three, but 12th grade parents need about eight). The Student Name will be uploaded via bulk send with the recipient/role information. As a document is completed, the storage pathway would ideally be as follows: Google Drive > Completed Documents Folder > Grade Level Folder > Template/Document Title Folder > +Student Name (document title)

Is there a simple way to get help using docusign?  I'm old school and would like a human being who can/will answer a question  or two about docusign, in real time.  I there a phone number I can call?  Please help!

We have an unknown $20 charge “Docusign flex” on our credit card account.  There is no invoice for it and I can’t get anyone to help.  I tried to login to the support center to create a case and I get the following error:“ Unable to log in. If this is your first login attempt after purchasing a Docusign plan, allow 15 minutes for account creation before accessing your account. For all other log in scenarios,  contact Docusign Support  for assistance.”PLEASE HELP! 

Hi allCurious to know if it is possible to solve the following scenario:Templates are used for various HR-related requests e.g. Request a Travel Ticket; Apply for Parental Leave etc.I’m wondering if it is possible to use a Template, convert to a PowerForm, and somehow ‘inherit’ a user’s Job Title, Department, Line Manage, or other, to pre-fill a placeholder on a template without having to manually enter. Currently the envelope will route to the initiator to fill in name and email address (it can also be configured to CC to a HR alias), but when eSign is launched and a template invoked, the user must manually fill in details on the template before submitting further.Any suggestions ?Thanks

I am a DocuSign admin, developing templates for the company. I created a template and when I went to test it got an error message that only said, “Unable to create the envelope.” I had no idea what was causing the error. Then another admin tried and got, “The Tab formula is not Valid. Tab formula for tab Sales Amount...” and from that I knew exactly what the problem was. Why am I getting such a useless message? I checked my user settings and couldn’t find anything about displaying vague error messages.

Hello, I have used DocuSign at my company every day for 7 years, and today I received the following message when I tried to go to the website: Access to www.docusign.com was deniedYou don't have authorization to view this page.HTTP ERROR 403 We just paid the renewal so I don’t understand how I can’t even access the home page. I haven’t been able to use it all day. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and how can I fix it if I literally can’t even get to the website? I’m amazed that the Community function is even working.
