Hi community,
We're currently experiencing an issue where DocuSign emails are not being delivered to Yahoo Mail inboxes. Users with Yahoo addresses are not receiving the signing or notification emails, while other email domains (like Gmail and Outlook) are working fine.
Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Could this be related to DKIM/SPF settings or an issue on DocuSign’s sending domain?
Any advice or confirmation from the DocuSign team would be greatly appreciated.
