I’ve followed the link in your answer, then followed another link to “Send Documents With ID Verificition”, then another to “Recipient Identity Verification” then finally I’ve found out that I have to enable the Recipient Authentication in my Security Settings. So I went to the page that describes the Security Settings but the information where can I find these settings wasn’t there. But eventually I’ve found the Privacy and Security settings. There is nothing related to enabling Recipient Authentication on that page. I’m about to give up.

I’ve already spent hours looking for informations on how I can use this function, where can I find it, etc. Still no clue.

Thank you very much! Please help me with a few follow up questions:

• Does the Personal Plan fit the requirements of the ID verification add-on? Or it is available only from Standard or higher tiers?
• Is the ID verification add-on free / one-time purchase / subscription?
• In case it is not free, where can I get information of its pricing before upgrading my plan?

1. I understand. It is reasonable.
2. I already knew it is an add-on, the question was whether it is free / one-time purchase / subscription.
3. I’ve read it. It seems add-ons are subscriptions despite the article does not say it explicitly.

May I get some information on how much I am going to pay for the ID verification add-on after I upgrade to the Standard plan?
