+3We have edited our Resource Files for the Agent and the Customer emails, but when the Agent has yet to send to Customer the reminder that is sent to the Agent is the Customer email. Is there a way to resend the Agent reminder email to the Agent instead of the Customer? We are also sending everything out via API. Hope that was clear?

Thank you for getting back to me. Reminder email uses the EnvelopeActivation template within the resource file; they don't have their own template. In this specific scenario, the same standard envelope activation reminder email template is being used for all recipient types. While the initial email to the agent used the AgentNotification, email (initial invite for an Agent recipient ), subsequent reminder emails, regardless of the recipient, default to the EnvelopeActivation template.
We understand that this current functionality may not align with your specific use case. Therefore, we encourage you to consider submitting product feedback or suggestions on our Ideas board: Submit a feature request. That’s where ideas from Docusign users like you can submit ideas to improve Docusign’s features, and where you can also vote on ideas from other members.

I've attached images of the emails for reference. The file titled "ToAgent.png" represents the initial email sent to the Agent, which looks correct. However, the "ToCustomer.png" shows the version intended for the Customer, which is not appropriate in this context, as it displays what the Customer would see in the reminder rather than the Agent.
The "RemindersResourcesFiles.png" image indicates that the reminder emails are currently using the EnvelopeActivation_HtmlBody from the resource files. Ideally, the reminder email should be tailored to the intended recipient—whether that’s the Agent or the Customer.
Please let me know if further clarification is needed.
