Hello team,

I would like to implement liveness detection ID verification in our project for e-signature workflows. However, we currently do not have any available options to test this feature, nor do we have proper documentation to proceed.

On our sandbox account, we only see basic identity verification methods like phone verification — no options for liveness detection or document-based identity checks. Please refer to the attached screenshot for better understanding.

Could you kindly guide me on how to enable and test liveness detection ID verification in the sandbox environment? If this feature is only available on specific plans, please share the requirements and necessary steps to activate it.

To enable this feature in the demo environment, please submit a support case to DocuSign. 👉 Open a Support Case

Note that this may be a paid feature—while it can be activated in the demo environment, production access requires inclusion in your subscription plan or purchase as an add-on.

I have followed the steps you provided, but it seems that a sandbox account cannot open a support case or log in to the customer support panel, right?

I also tried to sign up separately, but it’s not working, I’m unable to sign up or log in. No specific error is shown during the process.
 

Additionally, I have already uploaded the screenshot and shared the information with your team for review.
 

Please look into this issue and guide me accordingly.

Yes, the workaround to create a case if you only have a sandbox or free account is to use the “More support options” in the support center. But if you have an active paid account, you can follow the steps on the link I initially provided.

Regarding this, “I also tried to sign up separately, but it’s not working; I’m unable to sign up or log in. No specific error is shown during the process.” -- To confirm, are you trying to sign up for a paid account?

Got it, I have already sent the mail.

Ans => No, I have sign up as a sandbox account not paid account.

Thanks for confirming. It’s likely the system isn’t allowing you to create a new account because the email you're trying to use is already linked to an existing one. You might want to try signing up with a different email address.
