Hello, can anybody tell me if it is possible to upload documents in DocuSign in color? I noticed the default is to convert documents to black & white during upload. Tanks.

Hello, The problem was a user error, not a system error. I eventually figured it out and resolved the problem. Thanks.

@PierreG

Yes, all uploaded documents should remain in color by default.

Can you please explain how you upload the documents to Docusign eSignature? The default is that they are not converted to black & white and I have not come across this in the last seven years at Docusign. Therefore, curious in when this happens.

I need to have a document signed.  It has Track Changes edits in which I want to retain and I want to retain the color.  When I pull it in for signature, it converts all the colors of the edits to Black.  Can anyone suggest a solution?
