My account is subscribed to IAM Standard but cannot log in now. Requesting refund. Account cannot log in and unable to create case

Thank you for reaching out, and a warm welcome to the Docusign Community! We understand you are trying to request refund, but unfortunately, you cannot log in and create a case. We apologize, and we know the situation is understandably frustrating. We’re here to help where we can, but because this Community space focuses on general guidance, any billing inquiries will need to go through our Support team directly: 👉 Open a Support Case

Since you cannot open a support case, rest assured, we have a workaround that will help you open a support case and get the assistance you need:

Go here: Get Support. Do not log in to Docusign. Use the bottom part of the page under More support options > I can't access my account > Other Issues. Provide a complete description of the issue. 

If you encounter any challenges during the case creation process, please send me a private message with your name, email address, and account number. Here if you need us!
