When signing a document, single signer (yourself) does the electronic record and signature disclosure have to be present in the combined PDF to ensure Part 11 compliance?

I want to send the below type of envelope but when I get to step 3 I run into a problem. Your instructions say to click on the actions drop down list and select Specify Recipients. When I click on my actions drop down list I do not have a Specify Recipients option, I only have these options. How do I add the Specify Recipients option to my actions drop down list? This process would be so helpful to my team if we could get access to it. Thank you!

As a sender, I need all signers to use a signature image. Some signers are able to do this, but others have told me they do not have the option to use a signature image.

I am a sender. I need five signers to each use their uploaded signature image to sign the document. Three of the signers are able to do this without an issue. The other two signers have each informed me that they do not have the option to use a signature image. One of these individuals even stated that they normally have this option, but for some reason, they were not able to use an image on the document I sent. Why are the five signers receiving different signing experiences/options? How do I correct this going forward? I have many more documents that will all require uploaded signature images, with many different signers. I do not understand the variation. Thank you.

I am trying to send a document for signature and the client has a specific order they want things in. How do I use the business name for the seller, but then add the owner’s name and title? For instance, they want he signer and business name - business is Smith Jones, Inc., President Troy Karting and they would like the initial to be SJI. How do I set that up?

Envelops not showing in Inbox or Action Required

I have a very interesting problem. Whenever someone assigns a task via DocuSign (i.e. sign something), I get an email notification, but it doesn’t show up in the website, in either my Inbox or Action Required. I only have a single DocuSign account associated with this work email. But this behavior is very strange…If I click email link, which opens the envelope that way, but then say "Finish Later", then it suddenly appears in my Inbox and Action Required. If I send my own envelope that I have to sign, it appears in my Inbox and Action Required. If I just get CC'd on an envelope (no signature required by me), it shows up in my Inbox.

If there are multiple signers (i.e husband & wife, 3 adults buying a home together), will everyone receive the email notification to e-sign all at the same time? Or can you assign a signing priority/sequence? Thanks.

Signature in another person's name

If I forward an e-mail from DocuSign with a request for a signature to another person, they can open the link and sign on my behalf. There is no identity check beforehand. How can this be prevented? Thank you.

Number of recipients and their actions are unkown

Hello,our contract management has 2.000+ documents per year to be signed by our suppliers. Up to now we send all documents per letter. We would like to use DocuSign for this but there are some questions regarding unknown recipients.For each supplier we only know the first contact person. What we do NOT know in the following process is:if the first personen signs the document or not to how many unknown recipients this person has to forward the document and what the signing actions of those unknown persons will be: signing, just opening the document or forwarding it once again to another unknown number of signersHow can we solve this? It is not about the fact that we don´t know the names, it is about the unknown NUMBER of recipients and their ACTIONS.We are aware of the fact that this is a major process problem but our contract management can not ask every supplier about their signing order in advance.Many thanks for your replies!Katrin

Australian Super Choice Form

I have clearly set up this form as a template incorrectly and its not allowing the signer to complete the form.I had scanned in the PDF form and set it up as a template, I then used text box’s to enable the new employee to complete their details.I used ”conditional fields” with rules etc, but I just cant get it to work. Has anyone else set up the SuperChoice form that can provide any guidance on the best way to have this form completed.

Azure AD Provisioning Setup

I am setting up Azure AD Provisioning, following https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/docusign-provisioning-tutorial NOTE: this is not SSO with JIT provisioning; this is SCIM-based periodic provisioning by Azure AD.I'm getting stuck at making Azure AD authenticate to DocuSign. I tried using two different accounts; both are Org Admins and e-Signature Admins, do not have 2-step verification turned on, have a Login Policy that allows password auth, and Device Verification is also disabled for them.Did anyone have any luck setting this up already?Any hints are welcome! 🙂

How to voide/revoke/null completed document and who can do this

Hi, I sent an envelope to one Signer and he has signed it, so the documents has Completed status.Then it was realised that the wrong version was signed, so we need to voide/revoke/null the document.As a Sender I don’t see a Void option or any other relevant options available as well. I’ve read that it’s not possible to Void the document when it’s completed. However, do any other options to revoke/null a completed document exist? If Sender does not have any of them, then what is available for Signer and Admin in that case?Thank you,Marina

Hi, it is Simon using DocuSign for more than 3 years. I have a conflict with my college about the 'signature form'. Normally they use a Signature reflecting the user's name, but sometimes others are using 'email address' itself as a e-signature. My question is to use 'email address' is invalid? Thank you.
