PowerForm Initiator Doesn't Finish Signing - How can they get back to the envelope?

If a PowerForm initiator (signer 1) starts an envelope by clicking on the URL, filling in names/email addresses for named signing roles and clicks “Begin Signing” but doesn’t finish signing the envelope (because they got distracted for example), the envelope goes nowhere.  So, how would that signer (who doesn’t have a DocuSign account) get back to that envelope to finish signing it and sending it on? Will they get reminders, or since they were the initiator, do the reminders not apply?  If we clicked “resend” on the envelope within the application, would it generate a reminder to them to finish?

Hi @Kim Mannen,Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.The Reminders and Expiration settings applied to your envelope will affect all recipients in it, including the PowerForm initiator. Regarding how to approach this scenario, your signer will want to use the “Finish Later” option, included as part of the Other Options dropdown menu, located at the top right corner of the signing session window. Once this action has taken place, your signer will be able to access their signing session through the envelope email notification link, andit will include all data entered before clicking Finish Later.For more details on this topic, see:Other Signing ActionsI would also like to encourage you into implementing usage limits to your PoweForms, this will force your signers to complete the envelope they originally started, as the limits imposed will prevent them from creating a new envelope through the PowerForm link. The most common use case for these options is working with the “Set Usage Limit by Quantity” setting, and having a maximum of 1 response per signer.
