Hi There,

I just wanted to ask is it possible or how do I set up my DocuSign that I get an email each time someone has signed their part? I don't seem to be getting emails letting me know someone has signed until the last person signs. I used to get a message each time a person had signed.

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

The option to get a notification each time a signer completes their actions is not available in Docusign, the only option we offer that is close to what you are looking for is to send a notification for“ The first time each recipient views an envelope”. You can edit these settings by going to:

  1. Your profile image and click on "My Preferences".
  2. In the "Signing and Sending" section, click on "Notifications".
  3. Uncheck the checkbox for any notification that you do not want to receive.
  4. Click on "Save": Manage Notification Preferences
