Hi, Is anyone else missing the templates tab?

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.  

Access to the template feature is managed through your user’s permissions. In this scenario an administrator will be in the best position to solve the issue by assigning you access to create and/or use templates.

Another possible scenario is that of free plans, these plans lack access to certain features included in paid plans, such as using templates. F

or more details on the features included with your plan.
