Rotating Page

Question

I am having a problem processing my documents through DocuSign. Previously, I have been able to rotate a page so that I can have a signer sign the page correctly. Today when I try to do that I am getting a notification that the document cannot be edited. I have worked through all the troubleshooting topics and am still having the issue.
