Hey guys! I

 

have accounts that are on different docusign servers (na2, na4 and na3) I need to transfer envelopes between users of these accounts to unify the base, but I can't. Has anyone experienced this problem and had a solution?

Our application Docusign Admin’s Envelope Transfer feature is currently limited to accounts linked to the same Organization, and that are hosted within the same eSignature server. For more details on this topic, see:

Nevertheless, feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always welcome. I encourage you to consider submitting your idea to be reviewed by our development team for possible implementation. If you’re a Docusign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request through a support case, or by reaching out to your Account Team.
