Whether there is an option to send notification email to all signatories or specific signatories i.e. not just to those who are pending with signature

Hi Team, could you kindly advise whether there is an option to send notification email to all signatories or specific signatories i.e. not just to those who are pending with signature? Looking forward to your response. Thanks!

Further if there is a signing order, is there a way all recipients will be notified where is it currently sitting at? Just wanna ensure everyone is aware what is the status for tracking purposes.

Hi @Moya Sun - Not really a way to notify everyone if there is a signing order. They only get notified when it is their turn to sign.

Once you have sent an envelope, you can resend a notification to sign. If there is no signing order, all recipients will be notified. However, if there is a signing order, only the recipients who are next in the routing order will be notified.

Once all recipients have signed and the envelope is marked as completed, a notification will be sent to all signatories informing them that the process is complete.
